In-case your flight is delayed/cancelled there wont be any refund for cruise as cruise component is non refundable, in such situation you have to rebook flight option at your own.

Specific terms and conditions for Cordelia Cruises.

1. The Customer (Passenger) is hereby informed about the existence of Terms and Conditions under Cordelia Cruises Passenger Cruise Ticket Contract available on www.cordeliacruises.com subject to amendments from time to time.

2. The terms and conditions of Passenger Cruise Ticket Contract (as appearing in the Cordelia’s website at www.cordeliacruises.com and all other policies, terms and conditions appearing on other cruise related documents pertaining to the particular cruise passage of the Cordelia vessel (“Contract of Carriage”) shall be binding on the passengers.

3. That failure to pay all monies due may render the cruise bookings void and the service provider reserves all rights to deny any customers/ passengers from embarking onboard the Cordelia vessel without any compensation whatsoever. The passenger without any demur that it shall at all times indemnify, keep indemnified us including service providers and hold us fully harmless against all actions, claims, liabilities, demands, costs and expenses whatsoever, whether monetary or otherwise which may be taken against, incurred or imposed upon us including service providers arising from or in connection with such denial.

4. Kindly be informed about all information related to the Passenger Cruise Ticket Contract and its terms and conditions along with other policies of Cordelia Cruises (as may be amended from time to time) and on the requirements of related information/ travel documents eg. VISA, immigration requirements and the necessary procedures in the application of such documents.
Service provider(s) reserves the absolute right to refuse embarkation of any passenger(s) who do not possess the required documents upon embarkation without any compensation whatsoever and no one will be responsible for such denial.

5. The Passenger shall give not less than 7 (seven) working days prior written notice before the cruise departure date, of all special requirements, including but not limited to, any special dietary requirement, allergy, medical condition or physical impairments. For the avoidance of doubts, such special requirements shall mean arrangements required for the Passengers which are outside the normal services provided onboard the Cordelia vessel and the same will be provided on the best endeavour basis without assuming any liability, whatsoever, for the same.

6. In the event that such information is not communicated in the manner as set out above and/ or service providers is unable to meet the requested special requirements due to reasons beyond its control, they shall reserve the right to refuse embarkation of the Affected Passengers without any compensation whatsoever for the well-being and safety of the Cordelia vessel, passengers and/ or crew of Cordelia vessel or for which may jeopardize by allowing embarkation of such Affected Passengers. Any cancellation of Cruise by the passenger on medical grounds shall be considered for refunds on case-to-case basis.

Remarks
• Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.

Airline Guidelines for travelling passengers.

1. The revised reporting time for all domestic flights is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

2. We recommend for Web check-in though it is not mandatory, but You will have to show your boarding pass/e-boarding pass along with your identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate.
3. For Group ticket Web check inn will not be possible

Terms and Conditions

1.  Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation. 100% of the package amount.
2. Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel. 25% of total package cost.
3. Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date 50% of total package cost of travel Cancellation charges between 16 to 29 days of date of travel 75% of total package cost.
4. Cancellation charges within 15 days of date of travel. 100% package amount will be forfeited.
5. All the documents will be delivered over the emails and at your WhatsApp number only.
