CANCELLATION POLICY:

G Saini Holidays believes in assisting its customers as much as possible and therefore follows a flexible cancellation policy. The details are as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

✓ Prior to 45 days or more – 40% of tour cost

✓ Between 44-31 days of departure – 50% of tour cost

✓ Between 30-11 days of departure – 75% of tour cost

✓ 10 days to date of departure – 100%

✓ In case of no show – 100%

(Above cancellation policy is not valid for Festive Season or a Peak Travel Season)

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 21 days of placing the booking. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note.
2. A deduction of INR 1000 will be applied in case of cancellation as file/processing charges.
3. For bookings of 5-star properties, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the respective hotel’s policy, and may vary from property to property.
4. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the bookings have already been confirmed with hotels, airlines, or other service providers.
5. In case of last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of travel), higher cancellation charges may apply, depending on the policies of the respective service providers.
6. No-show cases (where the customer does not show up for the booking without prior cancellation) will be treated as full cancellation, and no refund may be applicable.
7. Any changes or amendments to bookings (such as date change, hotel change, etc.) will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. G Saini Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, weather conditions, political disturbances, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
9. In case of any refunds approved by G Saini Holidays, the same will be processed within 6–8 working days in the form of a credit note or original mode, as applicable.
10. The issued credit note must be utilized within a specified validity period (to be communicated at the time of issuance), failing which it may lapse.

 Important Notes:

• GST(only on Land package cost) & TCS* 2% will be applicable on the total package cost. (Tax Collected at Source is the tax payable by a seller which he collects from the buyer at the time of sale. *With a view to widen the tax-net, the Indian Govt. (vide the Finance Act, 2020) has extended the scope of Tax Collected at Source (“TCS”) provided under Section 206C of the Income-tax Act, 1961)

• A person between 2 – 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered as a child and below 2 years will be considered an Infant. For child and Infant pricing please contact the sales officer. As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
• Usually, the check-in time is 14:00 Hrs and the check-out time is 11:00 Hrs but it can vary depending upon the hotel policy.
• Rooms & Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. 
• Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates which will be notified
• For any issues or reschedule of any grievances, passenger’s / end customers should approach their Travel agent only from where they have booked their tour
• G Saini Holidays reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services
• G Saini Holidays reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of G Saini Holidays due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, etc.
• G Saini Holidays will not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger. Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India / Government of India regulations
• The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
• The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions) and neither during any type of rides or adventure.
• As per the Government directive, foreigners are requested to produce their passport as photo identity proof and Indians can produce any govt. approved photo identity such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID card/Passport at the point of check-in at the hotel. ✓ Tourist himself is responsible for carrying, shifting and taking care of their own luggage ✓ All Prices are in Indian Rupees and valid for Indian National. ✓ Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving firm booking. ✓ In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost.
• 100 % advance shall have to be paid before departure out of which 30% has to be paid at the time of booking tour and balance payment has to be clear before final check out of the group/ clients.

MINIMALIST PACKING GOALS:

1. Be Rational: It is good to carry things which you will use normally and not what you might use/wear “if” the situation arises. Keep in mind where you are going, what kind of transportation you will be using and what suits the weather (we have mentioned month wise weather conditions. Still, it is advisable to have a look on weather forecast before packing)
2. Ditch the unnecessary things: Carrying things like heavy jewellery, bulky towels, extra toiletries, excess of gadgets, footwear, etc. can be avoid. Instead of carrying too many heavy fashionable cloths go for a comfortable attire for your tour
3. Use all the space you have: Roll your cloths, carry small pouches of Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash/face wash instead of bottles, Carry small toothpaste instead of bigger ones, etc.

MEDICINES:

• If you are carrying prescription medicines or controlled drugs you should;
