ITINERARY

DAY 01

IXB Airport – Phuentsholing (D)

Arrive at IXB Airport and meet the representative. Proceed by private vehicle towards Phuentsholing, the gateway to Bhutan. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax. Evening is at leisure to explore the surroundings or enjoy a relaxed evening at the hotel.

DAY 02

Phuentsholing – Thimphu (B, D)

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. Enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful Himalayan landscapes. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Evening is at leisure to explore the local surroundings.

DAY 03

Thimphu – Dochula Pass – Punakha Excursion – Thimphu (B, D)

After breakfast, proceed for a scenic excursion towards Dochula Pass. Enjoy spectacular Himalayan views and visit the famous Chortens. Continue towards Punakha and explore the magnificent Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan's most impressive landmarks. Later, drive back to Thimphu.

DAY 04

Thimphu – Paro – Local Sightseeing (B, D)

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Paro. On arrival, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit Ta Dzong and explore the historic Rinpung Dzong. Later, take a leisurely walk through traditional Paro town and enjoy the local atmosphere.

DAY 05

Paro – Tiger’s Nest Excursion (B, D)

After breakfast, proceed for the famous Tiger's Nest (Taktsang) excursion. Hike through the beautiful mountain trails to reach the iconic monastery, dramatically perched on a cliffside. Explore the monastery and enjoy the spectacular surroundings. Later, hike back and return to Paro.

DAY 06

Paro – Phuentsholing – Local Sightseeing (B, D)

After breakfast, check out and drive back towards Phuentsholing. On arrival, visit the local market and Zangdo Pelri Lhakhang. Spend the evening at leisure and enjoy your final evening in Bhutan.
